Profil Design Norge AS er en B2B virksomhet. Det betyr at de fleste dataene vi har lagret er på din bedrift, men vi har også personopplysninger på kontaktpersoner i de ulike virksomhetene.

Med personopplysninger mener vi dataene vi samler inn og lagrer om deg og hvordan du samhandler med.

Profil Design Norge AS, som direkte eller indirekte identifiserer deg. Vi samler opplysninger om deg for å opprettholde vårt kundeforhold til deg. Med dette mener vi data som trengs i forbindelse med salg og opprettholde vårt kundeforhold til deg.

Hvilke type opplysninger samler vi om deg: 

• Som kunde hos Profil Design Norge AS samler vi inn følgende kontaktdetaljer på våre kontaktpersoner; navn, telefonnummer, e-post, stillingstittel/funksjon, samt firmanavn og kontaktinformasjon til selskapet ditt.
• Vi lagrer også bestillinger som disse kontaktpersonene har gjort, samt forespørsler og andre henvendelser. Dette samler vi for å kunne gjennomføre vår forpliktelse til deg, samt behandle fremtidige forespørsler.

Vi samler og behandler data som;

• Du selv gir oss når du oppretter et kundeforhold hos oss

• As a customer of Profil Design Norge AS, we collect the following contact details for our contact persons; name, telephone number, email, job title/function, as well as company name and contact information for your company.
• We also store orders that these contact persons have made, as well as requests and other inquiries. We collect this in order to be able to fulfill our obligation to you, as well as process future requests.

We collect and process data such as;

• You provide us with information when you establish a customer relationship with us
